It’s time for Year 5 of Big 95.7 once again helping people in need right here in the Tri-Cities. October means SOCK-TOBER at Big 95.7!
In the last four years we have provided almost 3,000 pairs of socks — as well as many other donations of hats, gloves, and shoes — to Tri-Cities Union Gospel Mission in Pasco. TCUGM provides shelter for men, women, and families, and TCUGM distributes the donations it receives to people who are truly in need, whether it’s clothing or food. And, believe it or not, the most requested item in the mission is socks!
Can you imagine having one pair of socks, and having to wear them every day? With the weather getting colder and winter at our doorstep, Big 95.7 and our audience are making sure the homeless don’t have to. Help us by donating socks this October!
Bring brand-new, unopened socks to:
- The Big 95.7 studio (4304 West 24th Avenue in Kennewick) during regular office hours
- More dropoff locations to be announced
Thank you for helping us help Tri-City Union Gospel Mission!
